"The employees are very unwelcoming and have horrible customer service skills. They’d be better off paying someone else to be the face of the store. They always seem short staff and upon coming in look at you in a way that makes you feel like you you shouldn’t be there. I ordered a sandwich online while I was there and as the worker was making my sandwich I asked to add something that I skipped online. He told me he couldn’t do it. I was like are you serious!! You mean to tell me that you can’t add jalapeños and onions? I’mm not able to change as your making it?!! I can see if the sandwich was already made but he was literally standing over the additives. He ended up adding it buy had the worst attitude after. The I asked what his name was and he gave it to me and all of a sudden wants to thank me and tell me to have a nice day. Are you kidding me?!! This store has lots of work to do in many areas. I would think that with all its bad reviews they would care enough to make changes. And to top it off the sandwich was made so sloppy. The bread was hard. I almost felt like they use old bread for online orders because in most cases the customer isn’t looking. Never again!"
"I ordered a foot-long no meat sandwich. They were out of Swiss cheese, so I was immediately disappointed. Then, as the clerk was building my sandwich, he was being stingy with everything. Eight leaves of spinach, ten olives. Look, I'm not getting meat. Let's not cut corners on what I'm left to enjoy. I shouldn't have to tell you to add a little more of everything. Next time, I'll drive across town to the store on Mowry."
"I've seen this restaurant has a lot of negative reviews. As a matter of convenience I just give it a try. I ordered a footlong Champ series. The advertised picture is a piled high sandwich but mine is not, didn't have lettuce, tomatoes and olive which I asked on the order. I was told by the restaurant that the Champ series has fixed ingredients. I cannot add other stuff. I am dumbfounded."
"If you don't want the hassle of arguing and possibly ruin your day of bad feeling, avoid this place…make sure you check your receipt if you have to buy from here! This business steal your money by faultily charge you bag fee! The paper bag that they use to put your sandwiches in (previous free) costs you an outrages fee of $1.29+tax!!!! I checked my receipt and notified the charge, so I questioned the employee there, she said it was right. So I said I didn't need the bag, but she refused to refund!!! I complained in their corporate website, the store owner actually emailed me to apologize for the mistake blaming the new hire (thought I would be naïve enough to trust that excuse?), but when I asked for the refund of the bag fee and tax, the owner never returned that email, and of course no such action was taken."
