"It's Chipotle, and food is usually very good, but the price can be a little high, specifically the guacamole. The white rice is better than the brown. It would be nice if they had a spicy salsa option."
"Ordered the bowel with carne asada for my husband. Unfortunately I did take out. My husband started eating his bowel and said what kind of meat to you order me. I replied carne asada. There was NO meat of any kind in his bowel. So I paid $12.95 for white rice beans and salsa. This is what happens when the servers were making online orders in between walk-in customers. So I hope whom ever got my husband's bowel enjoyed his carne asada. Also the cashier had originally charged me for 2 tacos when I only ordered one. I did catch that one at the register."
"This one is small. Does not have separate station for online orders. So, when it’s busy, expect long wait times. They appear to prioritize online orders over in person ones. So beware. I do want to add staff works their butts off."
"I generally like the chain and the food they offer but was confused/disgusted by what seemed to be a grape vine in my food? Like come on people? That’s messed up!! This is either a negligent mistake or something worse."
"There are better Chipotles in Contra Costa County. The food tastes good and like most other locations but my first experience here was unfortunately unpleasant. In my bowl my guac had a full end slice of unripe avocado that still had some skin on it. The napkins and utensils were not replenished despite several waves of customers coming in for dinner. All tables were dirty with crumbs and streaks of dirty hands. The lighting only makes it more noticeable. Go to another Chipotle if you want a better experience."
