"Great food, They cook with canola oil, which is consistent from 2 years ago. Each dinner is around $24.00. Front person is busy, and almost seems annoyed that they are... Your greeter can make or break your expectations at the start. Atmosphere is busy, loud with dimmed lighting. Staff is pretty busy, almost too budy, yet polite. Server was attentive but NOT personable, which makes you feel "just like everyone else" in the room... We did enjoy our food though. Nice time with my mom and son to have a nice family dinner. ❤️"

"Love Jack’s. This was my first time at the Newark location. I have visited the Pleasant Hill location many times. The food was delicious as always. I usually order the bacon mac and a wedge salad and they didn’t disappoint. Jack’s is a great place for a date or to meet up with friends or family."

"Hazy beer was amazing taste and it went well with a bowl of Sweet potato fries and a bowl of Nachos. Very friendly staffs were helpful and supportive. Food was generously served with a mount and decent taste"

"Hello Viewer, if you ever come to Newark/Fremont, it's very un-common and ask me if I will recommend any American restaurant, I will definitely tell you my no.1 is jack's restaurant & bar. the foods are very standard, but I can tell it's a better quality than fast American foods, and the portion is huge that are even sharable with friends and family. mostly important they also serve with different sauce such as Garlic garlic aioli, spicy mayo, etc. you get to try out different sauce with fries. I personally think Jack's restaurant gives offer a good family vibe dinning environment. the service and waiters are polite, friendly, and attentive, I can tell they the owner really value the service. if you are looking for a good quality foods, folky environment, you don't be disappointment with Jack's restaurant Paul"

"Cool place. Breakfast was solid. Hash browns were crispy on the outside & soft on the inside. Eggs cooked perfectly. Pancakes on point, no surprises. Corned beef hash was ground but had lots of flavor. The Hangover is appropriately named, it works. Service was excellent. We went there to watch football & celebrate a 21st birthday - our waitress was so cool. Lots of TV's, big bar area."
