"One of the best restaurants in the East Bay for Peruvian cuisine. The food, service, and atmosphere were all very good for going out on a Saturday night. It's a lively and loud space, but it makes it fun and exciting to be in. The dining area has a dark and rustic look to it and is pretty clean, even for an extremely busy night. That being said, do make sure that you get a reservation before coming to the restaurant, as it is very popular. The place has some great quality food, which is a bit more of the pricey end, but you're paying for that quality. Make sure you try the chicken, as it is what they're known for. The drinks are also pretty good, although I felt that they did short me on the alcohol for the price. The bar itself has a wide selection of liquors and a pretty good beer and wine list. Overall, an exciting place to get some great Peruvian food."

"Solid Peruvian place with a good food! Have there Arroz con Mariscos, Arroz con pollo, beef and chicken empanadas, tres lechos. Everything tastes good but can get more flavor. Service was friendly, but very slow. Atmosphere was really good for family dinner."

"One of my favorite places to take business partners, friends and family when they come to town. This place fires on all cylinders when it comes to impressing with a punch. The food here is top notch with options that have a little extra zest to them. I have been to Limon here and Oakland many times and both have created very positive and energetic moods among my guests."

"Great restaurant in the heart of Walnut Creek. This place gets busy and i do recommend a reservation. The service is excellent, the hosting to the waiting staff with a cozy ambiance. . The Peruvian food is wonderful if you like to have a new flavor in your palette. You have seafood options and meat. The ceviche was one of my favorites with the full bar loved the smoked old fashion. Would definitely bring friends and family to this location."

"The experience was just ok. The empanadas and the short rib were both good. The truffle Mac n cheese was not seasoned. We were a party of 8 and came early. Server took 20 minutes to even take our order for drinks. She just dropped off the waters and didn’t come back for 20 minutes. She took our drinks and food order at the same time and the drinks came out after the food. The entrees even came out before the appetizers. The gratuity for large parties is automatic which I believe could have been the cause of the slow service because she knew she’d get a 20 percent tip regardless. This is coming from a fellow waitress."
