Five Guys

"The environment was really nice and so was the whole fast food place it felt very clean. The cashier was super patient and nice and made sure that we had our exact order that we wanted. We had a lot to order but she stayed patient with us the whole time. The food came out pretty quickly and was delicious. You can see them cook your food right in front of you. They have peanuts that are free and you can eat while waiting and a soda fountain. This is making five guys one of my favorite restaurants"

"I've gone to this Five Guys location twice now, and both times they messed up the ingredients on my Cheeseburger despite them being listed correctly on the receipt. Considering the primary appeal of Five Guys is being able to customize the ingredients, I think it's disappointing and borderline unacceptable to get those ingredients wrong multiple times in a row."

"They have some good burgers here. You can customize your burger with any amount of toppings as you like. They also give you a lot of fries for a large size it’s supper sized. Also if you like grilled cheese or party melts ask for a grilled cheese burger. It’s part of their secret menu and it’s good."

"Went for dinner and ordered bacon cheese burgers in boxes. Once we got home we noticed that we only got cheeseburgers.. Juan put the order down properly. The staff in the kitchen didn't follow the receipt."

"My son likes Five Guys burgers, we used to like in and out but when the patties get smaller until we have to ask “where’s the beef”, then we started to move to Burger King, flame broiled and we could see the meat. We don’t eat burgers often, once a week at the most, so we prefer what tastes the best regardless of prices. Yes, 5 guys regular burgers are $9 here, but it’s worth the money, quite tasty, moist, the cheese do melt, we get everything on it with the same price. The fries is excellent and tasty without using ketchup or anything like that. I can have all types of sodas, especially Dr. Pepper cherry flavor. While we’re waiting for our food to cook, we have salted roasted peanuts for appetizer LOL, quite crunchy and good. I’m glad we have this one close by, better than the one in Fremont, a little way away. Costco is in the same center, which I could fill up the gas afterwards. Everyone here works pleasantly and quite fast, it’s quite a happy and upbeat place. My son loved it."
