I wait 25 minutes I see her come with an order then walk away saying “wrong order”. I’m confused like what just happened. I wait 10 more minutes. I finally go inside cuz I see about 10 people already go through the line roster and leave with their food plus people inside. What was the incentive to use the app? I almost decided to go through the line and re order to get it quicker than waiting for this one. they gave me a drink when I already was given a drink the first time I went to through. ALSO to sweeten the deal, they gave me no sauce. Just like the last time I was here. It was on my order too. And last time, I got asked in the mic, and at the window what sauce I wanted and they still skipped it."

"Slow, horrible service! Drive thru and inside are packed...these people need better management! They should open second taco stand/station."

"It took 25 min to get my food. I was physically there, it was empty and I watched door dash people come pick up their food over and over. There was no one in the drive thru. So, basically I took it as people that are too lazy to go pick up their own food takes precedence over people that are right in front of them. It was weird that there was no menu and no one would take my order at the cash register and told me to use the digital order pad. There also wasn't any condiments or napkins out. It was just weird. I think technology is taking us towards "Idiocracy" or "Wall-E" and this experience proved it."
