"Very busy. Floors were filthy as were the bathrooms. Inside seating was really cold. No heater turned on. Very uncomfortable. Watched 3 people bring their orders back because they were incorrect. Won’t stop here again."

"Took more than 30 minutes for them to make our order. They were only making the order for drive-through people and disregarded people in the lobby. On top of that, they messed up the order and showed attitude. The lady at the front wasn’t even checking to see what our order name was. Horrible service. Don’t waste time stopping to eat here. They don’t have tomatoes. They gave the chalupa supreme with nothing in it. There was only lettuce and beans."

"Horrible. They lost a bunch of orders, didn't tell anyone, just left us waiting for more than half an hour, then got mad at us for asking about our orders. The manager was much more interested in yelling at staff than helping, so I assume she's the problem. I'd genuinely rather just not eat than return."

"Worst taco bell experience to date. You expect taco bell not to have the greatest service but wow, this was horrendous. Walking in the restaurant was crammed with standing customers. Walk up to the counter to order to get a woman yelling from the back cooking area saying they don't take orders use the kiosk. I order and go use the bathroom (it's a travel stop, we've been driving) to find them "out of service". So I go outside to the gas station bathroom and head back to find both doors locked! Luckily my son was inside and couldn't let me in one locked door (also locked from the inside) but the other door. Then the lady yells from behind the counter not to let anyone in. 25 mins after arriving, we get our order. No napkins or sauce. Also, you have to pay for a cup of water."

"This is a brand new restaurant, just opened. Although they are going through some start ups, they are open. Greeted as soon as I walked in nice fella willing to go the extra mile to make me happy, so sorry didn’t get his name. Ordered two tacos and a burrito, man they were good and fresh"
