"The drive-thru service was great. I don't go to drunkin donuts very often, so I don't know the menu lingo, so they gotta decipher what I ordered. Instead of being annoyed, the order taker was so sweet. And they gave my pup a treat! I just love that."

"I went inside recently to place an order at the front counter. They refused to open the register and have a human take my order. The computer they have to take orders like McDonald’s doesn’t allow customization and I was also holding my baby in my arms so I wanted someone to take my order on a regular register and they refused. The front counter makes plenty of money to have someone take an order. Just pure laziness."

"I go to Dunkin 3 to 4 days a week Monday through Friday. I do my order online for a walk and pick up if there are no cars I go through the drive-through. when I go through the drive-through it’s always “order when you’re ready” there’s never any type of greeting the morning. For example, I said thank you the girl hands me my coffee and just walks away. I repeated thank you she just looked at me and turned around. I don’t understand the lack of manners? What happened to just being kind? that’s not just with one worker that’s with almost every worker there there is 1 to 2 sweet girls, and they always say good morning have a good day. As a customer that goes there at 6 AM almost every morning attitude is something you don’t want to deal with really shapes your day. At least the coffee always taste great, right? ."
