"IF YOU ORDER A FLATWHITE online they will not make it. They will literally send the driver with an empty bag and just a drink holder. Every single solitary time I order the flat white they will charge you and not make it you have to literally be there in person, and even then they will forget it. Do not go thru on line ordering with them you will not be getting coffee today if you do...just pick the location a little further down they don't forget orders or send pickup drivers with literally empty bags."

"Rude, catty customer service. Like the previous reviewer mentioned this location has a karen problem (belligerent manager, red hair, pony tail). The location closes at 10pm so I ordered through the app at 745pm and arranged to meet my wife for coffee. As soon as I walked in at 750pm I was rudely confronted by manager-karen who said “I don’t care what our app or google maps say, we close the dining room at 8pm, you need to be out as soon as you get your order”. I explained that I had already paid and I was waiting on my wife to no avail. Meanwhile there was a vagrant outside casing parked vehicles and some loiterers inside recording this interaction on their phones. Would’ve been nice if this manager cared more about securing the store and it’s parking lot rather than harassing paying customers. I’m done with this location; the Long John Silvers that used to occupy this spot is sorely missed."
