Reviews
"Not a bad spot for a quick, hearty, warm and inexpensive snack. It's no Japan 7-Eleven, but it'll do. Lots of flavours to select from and the spot is pretty quiet so you get your food pretty quick."
"I've been wanting to try this for awhile and I'm glad I did finally. I ordered the 2 onigiri combo with karaage. It also came with edamame. The two rice balls I had are unagi (eel) and snow crab. I enjoyed both rice balls but the karaage is so so. The chicken is not bad but I'll probably skip it next time. It's good to have some edamame in the combo. I see some people complain about the price and I understand that onigiri are basically convenient store food in Asia but unfortunately that's true pretty much in the US where you get crappier food with higher price compared to Asia so I don't think it's fair to say it's the fault of this one restaurant. The place itself is bigger than you'd expect from the entrance and fairly clean. The service is alright and I did have to wait a bit before they gave me my pickup but not enough to say it's bad service because I'm sure they are busy by looking at the huge number of orders they already prepped before it's 11:15am."
"We ordered for pick up - 3 onigilly set, 1 poke, and 1 karaage on 12/30/23. One of the onigilly, spicy shrimp already went bad to our surprise. Called the restaurant to let them know but no one was picking up the phone. Poke was okay but not sure how fresh are the raw ingredients they use in the poke bowls. Karaage seemed dry. Highly concerned about quality control and freshness of ingredients."
"The service of the staff was kind and comfortable. Finally, I made it to visit this Onigilly store, a chain of Onigiri stores. Surely the quality is superior to that of other fake rice balls but still a lot to improve compared to what I had in Japan bought in convenience stores for $1 each. Still feels far more expensive to pay $25 for 2 onigiris, Karaages (was really hard thigh), egg omelet and ad-on French fried."
"It is not an expensive place, really economical if you are looking for a quick dinner. You will place the order by yourself on the computer screen, make sure to checkyour order number, and you can watch the kitchen when they prepare your food. You can modify all plates and make your own poke. Food is fair for what you pay and a good spicy taste. There is not service at the table and you need to clean your on table. HVAC system should be set up with a better room temperature and music needs to have a lower volume."
