"I want to start out by saying we usually have good experiences at great clips. There has been 2 times it’s been terrible. Today being one of those days! My son went in to get his hair cut about 4-4:10pm. My son’s hair was about 3-4inches long and he told the woman to take an inch off the top. My son came out to the car and he looks like he’s getting ready to join the military. This is the same woman who nicked my son’s ear before and made him look like the last air bender on a previous visit. I went into the establishment and asked her “what happened”? She told me, he said, to leave an inch. My son said, no I did not. She said, on his previous visit notes it has to leave 2 inches. If there is a miscommunication and the client is asking for something waaaay off of what was is in the “previous notes”. How about saying, your hair is going to be this short, if I do what you’re asking. Are you okay with that? The haircut is a botched job. It’s nowhere near faded correctly. The hair in the front is not even at all, nor, is the hair on the top even. My son is so disappointed. This woman needs more training on cutting hair correctly. I should not have to pay $18 for this. She didn’t even style his hair. Never again."

Did online, walked in, Irena came from the back, welcomed me, did my cut, pleasant chat w/ her and another associate I like to use ...& I was out within 30 minutes with a very decent haircut. Could not have been a better experience - unless I got a coupon for my next little old lady haircut :)"

"The lady that cut my hair my named Megan she did an amazing job on my hair cut. And the hole staff were so very friendly and inviting but Megan especially she had a very friendly smile and I recommend if you want a great hair cut go see the lady's at great clips in Jefferson City Tennessee."

"I've taken my kids there a few times. The girl who did my son's hair really disappointed me. I gave her pretty much freedom as far as how wide and everything the faux hawk would be. She didn't know how to do a fade I'm guessing cause I asked her several times for a fade down to skin tapered up into the faux hawk. There's also chunks around the bottom of his hair line gone that just don't make sense. Not pleased."
