"Here's a 5-star review, but take it as a grain of salt. I know most of this world is full of liars these days; politicians, corporations, individual people; 90% of you are terrible. Regardless, IF the information on the Nutrition label is accurate, then this place is great for stocking up on prepped food. I just don't believe it. I usually eat once a day because I don't mind that feeling of starvation. My sister brought me some tri-tip dish the other day, with some veggies and cauliflower rice at 480 calories; yet I calculated the information and it equated to less; I also do not believe the dish is JUST 480 calories. That was like half a steak and a full bed of "rice," with some veggies. I ate it at 4pm, and I felt completely full until the next day at 4pm. Right now I'm eating chicken fried rice, labeled at 330 calories, and it seems too good to be true"

"Delicious and healthy meals with portions large enough for me (6’5”) when I’m trying to make clean gains. Much better quality food than any of the national services (I’ve tried them all, i swear). Love the biodegradable packaging; much less waste than other services. Easy for me to take to work and warm up."
