"Woman who is cashier for the drive through is very rude and inpatient. When asked for more ketchup she only gave me one more as she had only placed 2 for the meal of 3 people. Horrible and will never be coming her again"

"I can't deal with bad food or rude employees. My food was terrible! My Wendy's single hamburger was cold and tasteless. I had a feeling it was most likely cooked an hour before I ordered it. The rude part you ask? Go there yourself and you'll see what I mean."

"Really slow, staff barely speak English. It took me and my son 15min to place an order (both self-service machines down with no sign to inform customers, and sitting online for 10min with no one to take an order). This is peak time (Saturday at 1pm)...."

"This was my first time going to this location and only my 2nd time ever trying Wendy's breakfast. Overall it was ok. I think part of my experience was probably due to the fact that they appear to be understaffed. The lady who took my order was the only person in the front of the store. So she was also handling the inside orders and getting all of the food bagged up. Her English wasn't that great so the communication while ordering was poor. Also the seasoned potatoes weren't hot at all as if they were laying in that tray for an hour before I ordered. If I ever decide to try Wendy's breakfast again it won't be this location"

"I ordered in drive one sandwich nothing else took over 15 minutes to complete the additional egg I asked for was not on sandwich. When I went inside to return the sandwich and ask for my money in return the cashier did not know how to return my money on the debit card. So she instead tried to give me $5 I paid $6 when I expressed my displeasure she then tried to give me $10. I refused and asked her to do it the correct way unfortunately she did not know how to return $$ on a debit card. I was the only customer no one in drive through no one inside, using a kiosk for orders and my order was incorrect, no body inside knew what to do and there was no manager on site, manager will not be on site for another hour and a half, with the language barrier you should maintain a manager on site. Terrible way to run a business I will make sure every one in the bay area knows how this Wendy's does business terrible job."
