"Food has gone downhill over the years. Fries always have a bitter after taste. Same with coffee. Service isnt bad. The kids working there try their hardest and are polite but I think the food preppers aren't trained or stop caring. Inside or is cramped and usually not well kept and clean. The Chevron shares the restroom facility and almost never clean. Today was my choice to stop eating McDonald's in general but today's food quality helped me put the final stamp on my decision . Soon minimum wage for fast food workers will go to 20 an hour. No way I'm working over the cost they will pass on to me. Good riddens"

"Not too busy but everytime I stop while out on the road the cheese burgers are way too greasy. I've had one stop be OK."

"Upon picking up your food you asked for condiments, like ketchup, etc. they say they already threw it in the bag when you get home there’s no napkins no catch-up this is for quality service. "Just got back from drive thru and seriously quality has gone down. This is a large fry and a sundae. Looked dead eye at the lady she said that's how it comes. 5.58 for maybe a potatoe worth of fries. Just seriously? When their ice cream machine works it just doesn't give you anything. This has been going on for too long and it's not just once they short you on food they also forget to give you your food. Literally took me 23 minutes for 8 cars to get food today. Managers are no help they usually look at you like "what do you expect? I dont get paid enough for this" just avoid fast food nowadays just wanted something quick and easy. Although the nuggets were hot but one was not cooked all the way."
