"Very unfriendly staff. A man was asking for his mobile and the girl told him she didn’t have it with attitude. I said his name to her in English and she gave me attitude and said I don’t have that. She then said something in the headset and the other staff members started laughing and looking towards me. 2 seconds later she DID have his drink completed already with his name correctly. Why be rude and mean when you don’t pay attention ?? I’m always disappointed at this location."
"Ordered a regular cold brew with chocolate cold foam. Didn’t ask for extra cold foam, or light ice but that’s what they gave me. Half my drink was cold foam with 3 pieces of ice. Had to ask for a cup of ice because my drink was basically warm."
