"I ordered a 12-pack of Taco Crunch Supreme from the Taco Bell on Hegenberger, through the drive-thru, and I was taken aback when the total came to $33 and some change. What disappointed me even more was when I got home, the tacos were neither warm nor crunchy. Edible yes, but worth it, absolutely not. These tacos are nostalgic for me, I’ve been eating them since elementary school and every blue moon I’ll go to Taco Bell for a quick stroll down memory lane. I also like to order the crunch wrap supreme but I won’t be trying that out at this location. The tacos here were definitely lackluster, and it made me question the value of fast food at that price. All I could think about was how, for the same cost, I could get three orders of Wonton Soup from my neighborhood restaurant. This concept is insane. Despite its convenient location, my experience left much to be desired."

"Customer service Awesome., he Cares . Respect for me , serving a Very Rough , & Injured Homeless guy, with some water. Parking lot across, Car shop was Littered beyond Belief! Sad, Children,.no Respect. Take your Trash with you. It's your World!"

"They NEVER get my order right...I ask for extra beef or cheese and they never give it even though I pay the extra cost. I ordered a Mexican pizza with extra beef and sour cream and I got 2 dry cracked pieces of tostada shells. No sour cream and definitely not even an ounce of extra beef. Seems like they just throw the food in a box."
