"Bad customer service ordered two crunch wraps with out meat. I get the order back to my hotel excited to try it. And notice one of them says asada. We call and they offer to fix it. I bring both orders back they see the box says asada. They take that box. Remake my order with out meat. I wait she says it's ready. I asked her if she was sure that the other one did not have meat. She says yes I am sure. I take both orders drive back to my hotel. Sit down to eat with my wife. She takes a bite and THERE IS MEAT IN IT. CURRENTLY DRIVING BACK FOR REFUND! UPDATE I GET BACK TO THE STORE. TURNS OUT THE ORDER I RETURNED DID NOT HAVE MEAT. THEY JUST WROTE ON THE BOX THAT IT DID. I'M SORRY BUT I DON'T BITE THINGS THAT SAY THEY HAVE MEAT ON IT. THEY DID NOT WANT TO ISSUE A REFUND! SOME HOW IT IS MY FAULT THAT I CAN READ!"

"The best fries in the area. Love the sauce and the seasoning on the potatoes. But the restaurant is full of smell of oil. I guess the ventilation is not working very well. Also the neighborhood around the place is very very sketchy..."

"I was sooooo excited to eat here for my first time. The pictures looked so appealing and my taste buds were doing a happy dance! I placed an order on Doordash and it was delivered in time, no problem. My meal consisted of Onion Rings and a custom Fryday. To start, my onion rings were typical run-of-the-mill battered onion rings. Not nasty, but didn't blow my mind. I didn't receive the ranch that I ordered either, but I got this queso sauce that was beyond bland - absolutely flavorless! The Fryday was by far the star of the show, except for one important thing. The fries were flappy and soft on the inside! Now you might be thinking, "well of course they're soft because they're covered in sauce," but they put a couple of dry fries on top that aren't touched by the sauce at all. These fries weren't crispy in the least bit, which doesn't compliment the crispy nature of nachos that we all love so dearly. The meat itself was amazing and very well seasoned, so thumbs up there. Overall, this food was decent. Small changes in their workflow could easily make this a 4 or 5. To be honest, I probably won't eat here again without some very, VERY specific instructions on how I want my food prepared."
