"Overall home run for a weekend brunch setting. Few places in SF allow you to make a reservation for brunch, The Palm Court does and it does not disappoint. We met friends we had not seen since before the pandemic who came back to visit and were not pressured at all by the service team to order. We finally ordered and they had great options by the glass and a nice bottle selection but I can say there’s a 200% mark-up on the billiecart from retail. Our server, Nick, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and made good recs for what we were looking for in regard to food. 1 - Caviar and chips 2 - Burrata 3 - Whole Branzino 4 - Wagyu beef 5 - Sweet Potato The flavor on every dish was perfect. Highly recommend! And you can grab a drink from their side bar from the front and head up to the rooftop to enjoy great views of the bay and SF!"
"One of the best wagyu steak I’ve tried! Really great truffle fries as well, you can easily share 1 order with two people. The food was pleasant all around. The service was great, and the staff were very friendly and hospitable."
"The menu can feel a bit intimidating. The main starter options involve caviar. We love caviar, so that works for us. But, it is a limited kitchen, which means a limited menu. The prices are on the higher side. As soon as we walked in, we thought, ‘oh, you pay for the ambiance’. We underestimated how AMAZING the food would be. Everything was cooked with so much flavor and textures. The caviar was perfect……and I mean perfect. Even something as simple as the caesar salad had just the right amount of lemon, croutons, cheese and dressing. Recommend going for one of the sandwiches and getting sides or the burrata. We had the burger and the ribeye sandwich. Both were excellent. We also shared the banana split for dessert. It was a fun presentation and tasted delicious. There were four of us dining for dinner. The service was very, very good. PRO TIP — bring your own wine…..corking fee was $25. Leave some for after dinner. Take the rest of your wine in your glass up to the roof top to enjoy the view…..or do some shopping. Oh, also give yourself time to find street parking. Valet is $30 and that can be much better spent on food."
"12/22/2023 update This is the second time I’ve visited the restaurant. First time at lunch for business, and this time for a birthday celebration for my wife the meal, the ambience, and the service was fantastic. Having valet parking in front with a nice touch the festivities were highlighted by a walkabout of the facilities from lower level to rooftop, the weather was perfect sky was clear and the view was wonderful. You were wearing jeans are you or dress up? You will experience wonderful meals and beautiful decorations. I look forward to the next visit. A note to the restaurant regarding the waiter: The waiter we had serving us was excellent right amount of attention made us all feel comfortable and help me celebrate my my wife’s birthday. And add it to the experience. Wonderful accommodations for dietary needs and was the right amount of communication. Making sure we have plenty of beverages and an exceptional experience. Well done. 1st Experience Magnificent restaurant, beautiful styles and an Italian Palazzo style. Very glamorous. When you first walk into the waterfront restaurant, you wonder if you’re in a safe neighborhood that is quickly resolved with the security guard in the front in a black suit. In addition there is paid valet parking. You are greeted by two hostess when you first enter the beautifully adorned hallway to the restaurant you can see side rooms and the a glamorous open ceiling with a glass roof and a fountain. once you are done with the meal you can go upstairs to the rooftop and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city and beautiful view of the bay bridge and sit in a comfortable setting."
"Easy to find and normal beautiful RH setting. There's plush couches and lovely sitting rooms everywhere. Food is good but it's definitely the vibe that's the appeal. Only beer and wine. Not a full bar. I'd go here for a formal business meal or fancier date. Service was attentive and good pacing on the food delivery. Would come back."
