"Cruz was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had the proper battery for my car and that it was installed properly. Initially we asked his co worker for help, but he told us to come back in a few hours as they were short staffed. When we came back he was on lunch and Cruz was the only person there. I could tell the other guy told us to come back because he didn't want to do it, but I'm glad he did because Cruz was great! Thanks again!"
