In-N-Out Burger

"I came to a burger joint to buy a burger and got no burger... wheres the burger?? The first time i ate here the fries had literally ZERO salt and were stale and the second time they were INCREDIBLY packed with salt. So disappointing, I drove back to work went in to eat and saw there was no burger, sad me:( I drove back and got the blessed burger i payed for! How is a burger the only thing you sell and still forget to give it to the customer?"

"For a fast food place, I'll give it a 5. The inside of the restaurant was clean, staff were friendly, service was efficient. The classic double double and the regular hamburger were both good. French fries were crisp and hot. No complaints at all."

"Good In and Out restaurant. Parking is free and easy to find. Burgers are good, and staff is friendly. The only con is the restaurant is always crowded, so you will need to wait in line for a while."

"For some reason whenever we get to SFO, we stop here on our way to our destination. It's a clean spot with tons of parking and it's right on our way from SFO to the Palo Alto area. The burgers are good and made to order so everything comes out hot. This time, even though we had to wait for the fries, they weren't really hot for some reason. The service is always good. They are patient with us out-of-towners since we don't know the menu."

"Very friendly staff here with great customer service and smile! Our burger was perfectly made to our liking and as always: Delicious! When we finished our meal and ready to take our trash to the trash bin a very sweet staff that took our trash over and helped us! That was never happened as we went to so many different locations before which is worth of mention it! Five stars all the way for this store for sure!"
