"The service is a total joke here. The employees go out of their way to be slow. I waited 25 minutes extra beyond the expected time for my mobile order bowl and it wasn’t even busy. It literally took them 10 mins to make my wife’s bowl as they kept leaving the counter to go and chat. Terrible experience and the bowl was not well made."

"I am all for saving the world, but what about saving my salad? The paper bowl just disintegrated on the bottom after 2 hours…The salad was really good. I will be back to try another. Maybe try some different bowls?"

The hot plate let me down: the description was so much more welcoming and hearty than what was delivered- dry, sparse, like the bottom of the pan!
