"The fact you pay upfront and tip them says it all and that I was about to experience something horrible. My salad arrived with a dirty big hair in it. The waiter caught me pulling it out of my bowl. Then the steak arrived and was the worst cut of meat and not cooked as ordered. Baked potato was nice. I’m sure there are better places in San Fran to get a steak. Steer clear!"

"Pleasantly surprised with Tad’s. Wanted a steak dinner without a $100 price tag and for $27.99 it delivered! When we were leaving every table had at least one steak dinner on it, so it seems to be the go to place for it. Steak was cooked medium rare. It was a little chewy, but for the cut it was to be expected. They were plentiful on the add on of grilled onions and mushrooms. Baked potato was great. Salad was also good. Garlic bread was there only disappointment. More like over grilled buttered bread. Service was excellent and everyone was friendly. Plenty of open seating with clean tables. Restrooms were maintained and cleaned."
