This store in El Cerrito was no exception, she asked if I wanted the bun toasted, which I did and she was very pleasant. I got the foot long spicy italian and it was good."

"Its a Subway. We all know what that means : mediocre food at a decent price. Despite the trend in the Bay Area to avoid chain eateries, I appreciate the consistency of these places. Like buying an AC/DC album, you know what you're gonna get. If you're an entitled diva who thinks minimum wage employees are gonna give you the 5 star service you "deserve", you're gonna be disappointed with these folks. If you have patience and understanding for folks who are learning the job ( and their new country) as they go, then leave a tip and enjoy your sandwich. It's fine."
