"Love the food, and love this location. However, there are now giant signs that say "Order at the Kiosk" -- which is a TOTAL FAIL. Really? Two kiosks? There were six people in lobby trying to order or waiting to order, but 7 people behind the counter. Of course, the kiosk froze while I was attempting to place my order. Is this a lack of employees problem, or some misguided attempt by your corporate office to reduce overhead? Either way, its wrong and does not take the customer's perspective into account. Customer experience FAILURE!!!!!"

"Reading all the bad reviews for this place makes me laugh a bit. I don't really get it because my visits here have always been good. I remember coming in on a busy Saturday around 11:45 AM. The place was super clean. I usually get the Mexican pizza and the classic crunchy tacos. These have been my favorites for the last 25 years. The best part is, they always taste the same. The pizza is full of different flavors and the tacos are fresh and crunchy. I look forward to these dishes every time I visit. The staff here is also friendly. They work hard and always try to make sure the customers are happy. I think that's really cool. Some folks complain a lot. But, I think they forget this is a fast-food place, not a fancy restaurant. You're not going to get food made by some world-famous chef. But for a fast-food joint, the food here is pretty great and always the same. In short, I enjoy eating here. The place is clean, the food tastes good, and the staff is nice. I can't wait to have more Mexican pizzas and classic crunchy tacos!"

"Nacho fries are BACK! Went there on a whim after spotting the place while bike riding along El Camino Real. Clean restaurant with quick service. Bathroom is secured, so you must ask permission to use. Several power outlets are available to charge your e-bike too (ask first of course). Great find here!"
