"This place is great. The people are great. The service is great. I came down to MoHill from SJ and passed two other Jeep dealerships (that suck) just so I could deal with professional people who actually care. Jim in the service department is a stud and helped me get a part that all the other surrounding dealers just said, "well looks like we don't have it in stock."....not one tried to find it for me. Jim at Jeep in Morgan Hill though...he got it for me in a matter of days. The other dealers I had been calling for months. I'll make the trip to come here from now on. Oh and they have a brand new facility that's arguably one of the nicest dealerships I've ever been in."
"Besides the quick and painless service process, i was thoroughly impressed with the way all staff members were welcoming and seemingly genuinely went out of their way to check with me that i was getting assistance and that a host of hospitality items were at my disposal. My Service Manager Chris kept me up to date on the progress without me having to initiate checkin, which is huge from a customer perspective. I have been extremely happy with my choice to take my vehicle to the CW shop which 40mins away, rather than the dealership 5mins from my home."
