I waited 45 minutes in the drive-through to get my food only for your employee to tell me to come to the inside when I come in inside I had to wait damn near another hour it don’t take that long to cook no food you got three white people women at that at the window doing nothing but running them out one dude sitting there looking he don’t know what to do how some different people and fire those people that’s in there today at 9:48 AM cause I’ve been here since 830"

"The cashier was working very hard. Multitasking times five. When I noticed how busy she was, I made it a point to ask another employer for the catsup that I wanted. He had just returned from the dining area and gone back inside the work area behind the cash register. When I asked him, he simply told the busy, hardworking employee whom I was trying to bypass out of respect for her busy nature to do it. I would assume that he was the acting manager on duty. It really bothered me that he did that. If I could only rate the other employee that I encountered, I would've given a complete five-star rating."

"Seemed like the burger was already made before I got there. They just put the toppings on that I ordered. The fries smelled like they were cooked in oil that had been used for the past week! You can smell that on food when they use the oil too long. The fries were way over cooked! I just left them there!"

"WENDY'S IN SAN PABLO CA Wendy's to me is such great food. I give this place a 3 star no lie food is hot and good on a night that u just want that Wendy's burger type of taste lol. But the staff that work there are just kinda rude no smiles no hello have a good night no manners at all They are fast with food I just hope one day the smile and be Lil happier. But food is great 10 plus and Fast pace 10 plus Customer service a 3"
