"We popped into Los Moles after a bike ride, looking for a lite bite and a beverage. They were offering a buffet but we opted out. I loved the ambiance, there were some large groups and then small tables. You can tell people come here for the authentic Mexican cuisine. The service was good, we were seated right away and served quickly. We ordered the ceviche, chips and salsa and some margaritas. The salsa was spicy and flavorful. The ceviche was shrimp, cucumbers, onions and very tangy and citrusy. We will come back for dinner another time."
"Really friendly waitress! The mole was so flavorful, i wish i ordered a dish with more of it. We had the burrito with mole, enchiladas, and mole with carnitas. Very flavorful and generous portions. The horchata was super yummy. Prices would a person from another area cry, but for Bay Area… reasonable and fair for quality and taste! Parking was difficult but it can be done."
"Came for the ($25pp) buffet but stayed for the mole in salsa verde. Liked having the buffet option to try out the different moles. My only annoyance was I would have loved to have pico de gallo, cilantro and avocado for the taco station. Oh and the flan wasn’t giving, definitely could have used more richness. Not sure I’d go again…"
"Legit moles (traditional, pipian, mango, habanero, and more) made from scratch. Loved the masa huarache topped with stewed beef, cabbage, tomatoes, onions. The lime-cilantro rice is delicious. Clean, friendly, can't wait to go back."
"I heard good things about this place so we visited. Parking was a little more challenging with the popular dumpling restaurant down a few doors. The service was slow. Seating was fast but it took a long time before they took our order. The food came out at a reasonable time. Water was never refilled. They never asked if we wanted the check and it was hard to hail the waitress down. I had the poblano mole cheese enchiladas and nachos which were good."
