"Pulled pork mac was so greasy. I rarely find food inedible but this is.."

"Delicious food for $10. This restaurant is in the Westfield SF food court. There are $10 daily deals and some dishes that are always $10, like the Tri-tip Mac & Cheese. The meat was perfect. It was tender, flavorful, and delicious, but the mac & cheese tasted a bit too salty. On another visit, I had the Bacon, Chicken, and Avocado Sandwich with Fries, which is the Thursday special. They ran out of grilled chicken and asked if I'd like the fried chicken instead, and I said yes. There was also slice of thick-cut bacon, thick slices of tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, and half of an avocado. The avocado wasn't sliced all the way, so I had to take it apart by myself. There was also a good portion of fries, but it didn't look like that much next to the giant sandwich. Overall, I think the food here is decent, but could be better. They have great tri-tip steak, generous portions for their daily deals, and while some of the food is more expensive, you'll get better value buying a daily deal than buying something from a different place in the food court. They also need to make sure they actually slice their avocados all the way."

"Impressively bad. These do not look the same guys. Haven’t changed their carbonation too so they’re soda is flat. They just aren’t trying. Didn’t even get dressing let alone any toppings on the salad. I would assume this comes from poor lead ship as managers are obviously not checking quality and coach they’re employees on how to do their job properly. I used to go to Buckhorm at the Metreon and it was good quality. Not sure if it’s this location or the whole franchise isn’t trying."

"Taste - *** Service - *** Price - *** Interior - **** If you like meat, it would be nice to eat it simply and quickly. I ordered a hamburger and a house salad. The hamburger patty was very delicious. The other bread and vegetables in the hamburger were not bad. The house salad came with the fried onion into thin slices. The amount was big and taste was not bad. I ordered side fried onion and salad, the hamburger set. It cost a l lot than other hamberger shops."
