"This was a little surprising because this is a chain restaurant and usually chains are hit or miss. But we took our chances and were pleasantly surprised. Drinks were delicious and stiff we also got to keep the cute tiki glasses. Food was cooked perfectly and delicious and our service was awesome. Atmosphere was very busy and fast paced but it’s very family friendly or good for a night out. We will be back!"

"I'm disappointed with this place. We ordered two plates of seafood, the portions and the size were really small and without flavor. As you can see in the photo the shrimp wasn't clean. Disgusting and not recommended at all."

"Came on a Saturday about 2pm. We were a party of 5 and were seated instantly. The server was really nice but seemed a bit overworked. Ordered cheeseburger, shrimp salad, gumbo, and Fisherman's catch. The cheeseburgers were the best meals at our table. Everything was good. the only issue was that our favorite meal, the Fisherman's catch, was kind of bland. Shrimp was cooked right, but it just didn't have the cajun taste. I noticed a living wage surcharge for the first time so was surprised at first. Well maintained bathroom. Overall good place to eat at Pier 39."

"Evan did a great service. Was polite and fast at getting what was needed. The food was good. It was a little skinny for a ribeye, but it was cooked to my liking, and the flavor was there."

"This is my first time visiting and I was pretty happy with the experience. Rating 4 stars because the person who took us to our table was disengaged and didn't take the time to explain how the sign at the table worked. Because of this, we waited for about 20 minutes to get a server to our table. Our server finally stopped and explained that we use the sign to indicate that we need something. (Red means "please come to my table".) After that, they were very responsive and we had a great experience. We enjoyed the Maker's Mark salmon and mahi mahi with shrimp dish. Both were fantastic. I'd definitely recommend to my friends."
