"One of the BEST clam chowders I ever had!!! We were at Pier 39 early and stopped by. Juana (sp?) and Francisco were cool. Inside and outside seating (bars as well). (P.s. the restrooms are super clean!)"
"Stopped in at Wipeout Bar and Grill at Pier 39, for lunch, while visiting San Francisco. It wasn't too busy, even for a Saturday at noon. There was plenty of open seating. We were seated and provided menus. Pretty good selection of food and beverages. We ordered a Carne Asada Burrito, Baja Fish Tacos and a hot dog with fries for the granddaughter. Our food arrived quickly. The burrito was definitely a meal and was very good. The fish tacos were enjoyed, as was the hot dog and fries. Not fine dining. Good food. We enjoyed it. The service was great. We sat on the patio and it was nice. They had heaters going to chase away the chill of the afternoon air. That made it nice and comfortable for our meal."
"The food was good and the people were nice. The jalapeno burger is very nice and juicy and tacos are crispy and tasty. It's a nice place to hang out and enjoy some food and drinks. They had a fire near the table which was perfect because the temperature outside was pretty low. All in all it was a good experience and I will eat there again if I visit the area!"
"Fun little spot for some good food and a couple drinks. We stopped into San Fran for the day and walked around this area. So much fun and plenty to see. This was a great bar restaurant to enjoy some fish and chips and a burger. Oh and some drinks. Vodka soda and a nice brew. We had a blast and enjoyed this spot."
"Wipeout Bar was great! The food was delicious and the drinks were great! We weren't too hungry so we ordered the clam chowder in the bread bowl and calamari. The clam chowder was fantastic and the calamari was delicious as well! Highly recommend both as an appetizer. We also ordered a few drinks that really hit the spot. Highly recommend if you are roaming through Pier 39!"
