I had called earlier during the week to verify that the parts are in and schedule an appointment the Saturday before I asked Andrew to look into it and he parts on order and I asked if the following Saturday would be okay Austin tells me you guys normally don’t do warranty work on weekends but leave it and would be done by the end of the day. However he calls and states more parts are needed and is unable to accomplish the job. I don’t know about guys weekends are special and to have to waste some it due to the techs screw up doesn’t sit well with me."
