"I'm always treated great. Plus Albert is very helpful. Albert goes above and beyond in helping me,"
"Long story short, I paid over $1200 to have a steering rack replaced on an older car and after 3 visits and 2 remanufactured steering racks allegedly being installed they are unable to diagnose why my steering system is popping during low speed maneuvering. On top of this, every time they have touched my car it has come back slightly worse. I'm not claiming my car was nice, but making a 16 year old car notably worse between major services was a surprise. EITHER the mechanics in the shop are incompetent OR there are smooth talkers at the front desk that pay a lot of lip service and then don't communicate well with the mechanics. I'm not mad about having to come back due to faulty parts, stuff happens. What I don't abide by is paying for repairs that don't get done. I'm willing to pay money to sort problems out, you'd think that would have been apparent from the fact that I replaced a steering rack on a 16 year old car. Telling me that you can't figure out why my steering rack pops even though you can hear the noise is inexcusably lazy. I don't know who is at fault here, but I would strongly suggest a different mechanic."
"I realize this review sounds very Karen-ey, im 26, i play minecraft, im a pretty chill person. I do know a very limited amount about cars, I've worked in customer service as a line level, and I know how bad it can be. I always try to be respectful and understanding to service employees and I never expect anybody to treat me with respect unless I treat them with it first. With that in mind, I WAS going to give a 5 star review, i mostly only leave good reviews. Unfortunately this time ONE employee ruined my otherwise outstanding experience. I was helped in total by three people. The manager, PETER, and two maintenance technicians, KADEN and TRUNG (not sure that thats how to spell his name but just look for the guy slouching, wearing a hat and looking at his phone while he talks to you.) I'll start with the good service. PETER was super friendly and understanding with a misunderstanding that was stated over the phone. He was very accomadating and helpful to me and my boyfriend during our vehicle drop off. He seems like a great guy to work for and he also seems very patient. He has great customer service skills :) KADEN was OUTSTANDING. One of the BEST maintenence techs I have ever talked to. Hes very great at communicating, hes honest, he leaves DETAILED notes on the services provided when you pick up your car and everything he has found while working on it. He also leaves handwritten notes if additional details are needed that arent printed on the paperwork. My cars servicing went smoothly and there were no issues. With my boyfriends car, there were some issues. We scheduled it for an oil change and alignment. They couldnt get it to start again after the oil change was completed. This car has alot of weird electrical issues and the technician that serviced his car would not be expected to know how to get the car to start when its having one of its electrical tantrums. We recommended a couple of tricks we know to get it to start, asking to call back if they were unsuccessful. We did recieve a call back, said that was okay and to just pull it into the lot, then head back to the shop. KADEN is there to greet us, then stated they were having issues, and then called the maintenance shop to see if they could provide any more details. He sent us back over there stating they would tell us more. We walk over there and a maintenance tech asks what we need, we said keys for the pontiac, so the tech tells TRUNG who is sitting on the computer. TRUNG gives us the keys and says nothing. We ask if there was more information; "we couldnt start it." "okay what did you try? "We tried a bunch of stuff. We couldnt start it." TRUNG then looked at his phone and turned away. So we took the keys and went to see if we could start it, it wasnt working, and we headed back to TRUNG. He was still on his phone and now smoking a cigarette. The whole time he is smoking and doesnt look up from his phone once. We head back inside and KADEN offers to try to help us start it himself. TRUNG comes into the front office (which i think was pure coincidence since nobody asked him to come up) and KADEN heads back to help us. KADEN was super nice and helpful in the 5 minutes we spent trying to get it to start. Me and Daniel were doing our fuse and airbag plug combo that usually works with the cars electrical issues, and KADEN was jumping our car. We were able to start it soon after that. KADEN then went to give us our paperwork for the pontiac and it was not inside the envelope, so we could only assume it was never filled out since our technician had gone home for the day. We paid and drove both cars home, thanking KADEN for his outstanding service, it genuinely felt like he cared. TRUNG to put it bluntly obviously did not care whatsoever about his job his customers or his work. Unfortunately PETER had left for the day so I couldnt tell him about any of this. Hopefully he reads this, i will be calling to speak with him as well. TRUNG has turned a 5 star review into a 3 star review, and if it werent for KADEN and PETER this review would have been one star."
"I was happy that I was able to purchase my new Bridgestone Weatherpeak tires (4 ea.) after being told that these tires were better than the Firestone Weathergrips (my original choice) the next day. Hopefully, this was not because they cost more. I was happier that they gave me 10% off/tire. More importantly though, I was extremely annoyed and upset that I was told my rear brakes/rotors had to be replaced ($560+) due to them being under 2mm. This is 100% not true. A year (10k mi) previously they were at 6mm (Honda Dealership), and a week earlier were inspected to be at 4mm (garage where I had my front brakes/rotors replaced). My rear brakes/rotors were replaced 55k miles earlier by Wheel Works."
"Wheel works location with lots of parking, they are typically busy as usual but if you make an appointment online it is a seamless process. Their service is fast and top notch and won’t try to scam you. As long as you are respectful to them, they will be respectful to you. They are very understanding if people’s situations and will try to get you back on the road as safe as possible. Lot’s of waiting space or there is a starbucks across the street if you want to wait for your car."
