"What a gem!! Hands down, today I had the best pupusas I have ever had. I am SO happy I checked this place out. I seldomly leave reviews, but Pupuseria Blankita deserves one. From the moment you walk in, the owner, Blankita welcomes you warmly. I love love her energy. Definitely try the revuelta and zucchini with loroco and cheese pupusas. Also, their atole de elote is delicious; perfect for a gloomy day."

"I went here for a Yelp Elite event, and I am so glad I took the drive out there. The pupusas are delicious. They are made to order and arrive piping hot, along with all the sides. The service is warm and inviting as the owner comes out to greet you and check in on how your food is. Her husband mans the front cashier, and he is a really nice person as well. I enjoyed watching how they both interacted with all the people who came in. It got busy. It got really busy, so I was glad I got there not too long after they opened."

"My friend and I had lunch here today. Small cute place behind the gas station across the Civic Center. The menu is small but delicious. They have spinach and cheese pupusas, very yummy. There’s also your traditional mixed, cheese only and beans, plus plantain’s. I recommend you order before because it does take 20-25 to get make pupusas, or order for to go. The price is within range. $4.25 Per pupusa. I will go back."

"Pupusas have a fluffiness to it. Spinach/kale pupusa was surprisingly delicious. Salvadorian Empanadas are excellent, cortida has a refreshing spice to it, and the tamales we're creamy AND HOT. Very good food. Love the service from host there. I even called ahead to make sure they were open and after I thanked her she said"my pleasure" like it was genuine. Just awesome! They deserve more love."
