The receipt had no validation code for my survey & both the man & woman went out their way to help me try to find the code unfortunately we couldn’t find it but that’s okay! Service was great, very friendly & they put my sandwich together quick! Thank you guys!"

"I came in to Firehouse on a wednesday thinking i was just walking into another sandwich shop. I was PLEASANTLY proved wrong. i ordered the cheddar beef biscuit, which was prepared by a kind, welcoming, and friendly gentleman named Fransisco. Not only was the sandwich one of the best that i’ve had in a very long time, my conversation with Fransisco made me feel right at home. Firehouse subs will now be a staple in my diet, and i know i can count on walking out of there with a fully belly, and a happy heart."

"This was such a nice experience. The employees who helped me seemed like they were in high school or early years in college, gaining customer service experience. They were both so willing, and helpful towards me. The order took about 5 minutes, and it was so tasty! I ordered a hot sandwich, the bread was soft and warm, the meat was juicy and tender. It wasn't busy during my visit around 7pm. Definitely recommend a visit here."
