"Ordered through the app, showed up at the store 1.5 hours before their posted closing time and they’re closed. I can literally see my sandwich in their rack, but the doors are locked and the lights are out. Totally unprofessional and they haven’t refunded me. Update: 8/3/22 Happened again. This store accepted an online order and was closed when I arrived at 11:10 AM. Stores posted hours are 9am-9pm. Absolutely infuriating and no refund."
"Wow. I've been to quite a few Subways, but this one takes the cake for worst service. Imagine getting your order wrong as they make it, or better yet, watching them splash globs of dressing over your sandwich in a hurry. It's awful! No apologies, just "Oops, here's your sandwich" There are so many other Subways in SF, just go to another one. Included a photo showing how the server rushed and splashed a bunch of dressing on my sandwich effectively drowning it (it leaked out of the wrapping almost immediately)."
