"This Goodyear Auto Service in Los Gatos is my go to location for tires and services. Customer Service is key to servicing the customer while servicing your car needs at this location. Every employee at this location is friendly knowledgeable and honest. Prices are great and there are payment plans through Goodyear credit services offered. Lobby has WIFI, coffee, soda and water while you wait. Bathroom is spotlessly clean. Due to the great service from loyal return customers there is always a wait so plan accordingly and parking can be tough....completely worth a little more time and patience for the excellent services provided."

"We got a nail in our tire and initially took it to the dealer who insisted that we buy a new tire. Instead, we visited Goodyear and met with Tom who took a look at the tire, educated us on the issue at hand and then promptly fixed the issue for just $35 - a tiny fraction of what we would have paid! The automotive industry has a reputation for ripping customers off so it was really refreshing to go to an establishment that operates honestly and transparently."

"Be careful when they offer you a "free" alignment check as they will not explain they are charging you 150$ if it barely needs one. Nor will they show you an invoice before asking you to pay. Will NOT be bringing my service to this location again."

"The supervisor with name Chari follows her own rules For it is not matter which car arrived first then go for service My car was waiting for change oil and rotation tires over 6 hours without any reason On other hand the car which was dropped after my at the morning, already finished with the same service but my car was still sitting on the site Why? The supervisor was rude constantly interrupting my complaints This is kind of the discrimination You can see other comments/ concerns about wanting time It is always company reply “ sort we care about your time” So, good year, do not reply you are sorry because you are not sorry You are not care about my time"
