"EDIT 09/18/2023 (back to five stars) I went back again to change all 4 tires of my truck, and this time Tommy (the store manager) made sure that my experience goes smoothly, and took care of everything as well. I was seen right away at the time of my appointment, and my truck was done in under 45mn. MUCH better experience this time for sure! ORIGINAL (3 stars) REVIEW: I on purpose took an appointment online (like they advise you to do) to be sure that I will not have to wait when I arrive. Despite arriving 10mn prior to my appointment time, I had to wait in the "walk in" line, without any priority line for people with appointment. After waiting in that line for line 10/20mn, someone finally was able to help me. Then, he told me that my car will be ready in around 45mn, and that I will receive a text message to let me know. Still not getting any text, I came back around an hour later to check on the work, and noticed that my car was still not even in the stall. They only started working on it when they saw me coming back. From the time I dropped the car to the time it was ready, I spent over 2 hours there, which was quite annoying. The mechanics were the same people greeting and helping new customers as well, so often the lobby desks were empty. The positive point about this place is that at least, they will honor their warranty on tires installed by them, and fix or replace them for free within 3 years of the installation. However, if they don't find the same style/model of the previously installed tires (like it was the case for me), they will charge the "difference", and thus the free warranty replacement became a $47 charge at the end. Fortunately, not as expensive as paying the full price of a brand new tire, but definitely something to keep in mind though."
