"HORRIBLE!!!!!! Rude, I asked for my cheeseburger plain, put pickles ketchup and other stuff. I came back in to tell them to please change it and they were extremely rude about it! Never going there again. Forgot my sauces put my food upside down!!"
"Not very welcoming. Signs all over about what you can't or shouldn't do. Must order food Before you use the restroom. And the manager came from the back to challenge me after I asked for the door code. ( I had already ordered at the counter). It was freezing cold in there. I decided to take my food and eat in the car. :-("
"The staff is extremely rude always! They act like you are doing them a disservice by ordering from them. The manager yelled at at one of the employees who was on break from across the dining room. The food is fine for what it is no complaints there. Just always a miserable experience with the staff."
"Ordered 2 whoopers for husband and I and the chicken tenders for my daughter. They forgot the chicken tenders didn't notice until I was back in Watsonville, too far to go back. I do however like the location. Attendant was very nice just probably forgetful"
