McDonald's

"Apparently McDonald's is so hard up for money they charge additional 25cents for each sauce. I got 10pc asked for 4 sauce. Charged for two. Lame. Like really? If I ask for three catchup do I get a whole 75cents added? We already pay $10 for a value meal. That's on the franchise owner..cheapskate!"

"Prices are now keeping me away. Big corporations just want profits and only contribute to what they want in the community. So I'll invest in a small company who reinvest locally and shows these workers more dignity"

No, its cold, we're tired and we want out of this car. You just lost a customer. I wanted to sit down, have breakfast with my family which ALWAYS leads to ordering more vs. drive-thru order!"

"I decided to give the local McDonald's on South Main another chance because I heard the the owner of all the Monterey County McDonald's offers free beverages at the local Corral de Tierra Country Club. They messed my order up again. The service was not only ghetto, but I paid for some "Like a Mac" modifications and DID NOT RECEIVE THEM. To all drive thru customers... Do not leave without checking your order. Not only is the drive thru staff curt and rude, they miss/mess up/ ruin orders REGULARLY. Im dissappointed again. This time its on me. I wont be going back. "McDonald's had just opened at 5:30 a.m. when my husband and I stopped to get breakfast for the day. We had been on the road all night and just got into the Salinas area (our destination), so we needed a short respite. The new order screens were up and working, but a very friendly young woman grabbed us and offered to take our order. She was so pleasant, kind, and helpful, it made ordering easy and even fun. We sat down and talked only a few minutes when our order was ready. It was fresh and hot and even smelled delicious. Our orange juice was cold, and the meal was brought to us at our table. My only complaint is that McDonald's is still using single use straws--and customers aren't asked if they need or want a straw. This practice is extremely wasteful and bad for the environment. For this reason, I reduce their 5 star rating to 4. I also noticed other types of plastics in use, here. The plastic cup for orange juice that I use once, throw away, and it stays in land fills or flows out to the oceans. So wasteful. Come on, McDonald's, get with the program!"
