"Unfortunately, my food looked better than it tasted. The breast was undercooked so was squishy on the inside and also lacked flavor. The coleslaw and diced onions in the cebolla and cilantro had gone bad, and I could taste it. I wanted this meal to be good but was disappointed. I enjoyed the customer service and sitting in the lobby. It was very nice and clean. It is probably the cleanest Pollo Loco I've been to."
