"Did a Mobile order, The lady brought our food to our car and didn’t even say anything. She gave me a weird look but never said Hi or thank you. I know she able to speak because I’ve asked her questions on other visit. Is McDonald’s not teaching their employees to talk to customers I also believe she is part of management."

"This is my second review for this McDonald's. It's about 2 blocks from my home and I'm not a huge fan but sometimes you just get a hankering for some grease.Well McDonald's is all greasey food I really like their breakfasts. I use the mobile AP and love it order while my car is warming up and just drive thru give them my code and walk! Food on the run has never been easier. I get the English muffins egg & Sausage, today I got the biscuit egg and sausage. I haven had the biscuit meal for some time. I the past it always fell apart and wasn't easy to eat. As you can see in the photo this is a pretty biscuit and it was tasty! Using the AP you get bonus points and deals I got a two 4 One breakfast sandwich deal so I got and english Muffin and a biscuit sandwich and only paid $4 and change. Anyway good deal good experience...I'm loving it!"

"Great customer service today at the north main location in salinas. Queen persephone and sister and niece with prince nico inside. Thank you for customer service Brandon he took time and patience, understood he did not hear our order took incentive and said do not worry about it took action.saw Brandon clean up counters trash off the floor when not busy. He took great action a future manager and a good service agent for the brand. Management did not care about the situation and told me it not on the recipient so rude did not even acknowledge the customer. Not honoring customer. PleDe acknowledge Brandon please he will make our mcdonald brand stay alive thank you. Prince nico and queen persephone"
