"3 stars, service sucked but items were delicious, BUT I must say, being from LA where there's so much diversity, people are always treated with the utmost kindness most of the time. Being in San Jose, although just visiting, especially at this location (maybe because of the area), our cashier (young looking girl) gave us such attitude. Maybe because we're not of the race, BUT that shouldn't matter. Definitely experiences a straight racist attitude towards me. Never again! Paris Baguette, do better with your employees and teach them the simplest manners: Good morning, thank you, and you're welcome."

"I love the cakes!!! They are not too sweet, and it keeps you wanting more. I love to reserve my cake for the day and time that I want it because sometimes they tend to run out of the one you want. I also love the different types of breads that this place has. I can't ever leave with just one thing. Depending on the time and day that you go, this place can be busy or empty. Since this place is at the century mall, parking may be hard to find."

"Cute bakery with a good selection of desserts and drinks. You could tell one of the guys working there was tired of his job or having a bad day though as he seemed annoyed, a turn off for a first impression. Other than that, my mochi doughnut was fluffy and tasteful. I don’t care much for customer service when it comes to grab and go, so I would still go to this place again."

"Good cookies and croissants Coffee is not really great As Paris Baguette is a well-known bakery brand, you must be thinking they are expensive but you are wrong, the Paris Baguette prices are quite economical as the other bakery shops as most of their products fall in the range between $1 to $50."
