I had a very tricky dishwasher problem develop and Bosch wasn't helpful at all (they didn't even sell the part to fix). Otto's on the other hand knew exactly what to do to fix it. "They are a very professional, responsive and knowledgable Appliance repair company—but please note that ALL service repair companies only specialize in specific product brands. Otto’s correctly diagnosed and repaired an Error Code from my 2016 Bosch Silent Dishwasher. It is odd that my Bosch dishwasher was already giving me an error code after about 6 years—something that the Otto repairman confirmed was odd. Total time from my call to Otto’s was about a week—they booked the repair service date within a week, and he replaced a heating unit per the Error Code using a part he stocked in his service van, and got my Bosch dishwasher up and running the same day of service. Very professional and knowledgeable about Bosch dishwashers. Would strongly recommend anyone with a Bosch dishwasher to use this firm."
