"This review is long overdue. I have been purchasing my washers, TVs for my business, and other items from this specific store due to the amazing team. I will buy from Best buy for business nor other locations because of the people that work here. I always come and buy my home appliances from Elex, who is always eager to assist me with a smile on his face. This establishment is lucky to have a staff member like Elex, who delivers "Ritz Carlton" level customer service."

"Bad service. We were going to purchase an item clearly listed on sale and upon going to buy it, it rang up full price. Our cashier accuslingly said the price was changed by a customer. We told the girl and the manager it was clearly showing on sale and it was the last one. It's apparent that they don't honor their prices and someone did not do their job and take down the sale price ticket if it was no longer on sale. Needless to say, this Best Buy sucks, just buy your electronics on Amazon, you'll get a better deal."

"I have never received better customer service. Aldo helped me and my boyfriend find a mouse that we needed within our budget, and even helped us locate it at another store location. The second time we visited, he recognized us and came up to give us help. He’s super knowledgeable on merchandise and is also very kind. I couldn’t recommend him enough! He deserves a raise"

"It's still an average store. The customer service is awful. What I mean is that their employees don't pay much attention to us. Seems like they don't care about helping customers find the best product. I don't know all the variations of TV or Fridge, so I NEED HELP! The majority of them don't know or do not care. My opinion is about ALL the BEST BUY STORES. NOT ONLY ONE! Like my wife said, I'm very strict with any customer service. That's because the customer is the king of the business and who pays the bills and keeps the company alive."

"Buy online and pick up within an hour. It worked quite well. Out front there's a sign which redirects to the pick up area, which is right next to the Freeway (North). All you need is the pick up email and your DL. A quick scan, and they're back in 60 seconds with your product (for me, it was a microwave). Five stars of quick service. NOTE: They should put in a ramp at the curb for larger products that need a cart."
