"Ricos Pizza lost big time cool points . I have had giant birthday pizzas in the past but no more. I ordered a pizza for my girlfriend and her son and friends. The driver couldnt find the address. Ricos claimed they called me , but what gets me is that the driver stated no one was outside. My girlfriend was outside at the front door, and her girlfriend was standing outside the patio door by the parking lot. Both said that no one came . So, Ricos is fired, Ill order from a more reliable pizza place next time."
"The staff was great. We get there's only two people working, but the manager needs to have the AC and the gaming systems on. There's families that want to have a good time and the room is too hot. The staff did what they could and were great with our big party of people. Hope to come back and not experiencing the hear inside the building."
