"Incompetent Toyota processes are incapable of delivering the second key for a car that was purchased 10 months ago. Scheduled an appointment to pick up the second key and no key was available. Morning was wasted. Would not recommend. Octavio from the service department was very pleasant and did try his best to help."

"This is my go to place for servicing my Lexus. It is only a mile away from my house and I can get all the work done here quickly without having to drive all the way to San Jose. They now provide a ride for you to get home through Lyft or Uber which is a lot more convenient then the shuttle. Ernesto is fantastic and he got my car out of the shop in record time. I had the left CV boot replaced and it looked clean and well done."
