"I couldn't find the building and called to cancel from the parking lot. Lady unapologetically told me I'd still be charged unless I made it inside and checked in in 2 minutes. Luckily for me I made it happen but she was very unhelpful checking in or trying to pay. Sat on her phone the entire time and gave me a mean look when I didn't know she wanted me to swipe my card. Brandon Taper did alright for the haircut which is a positive. During the haircut, I got to listen to the other barbers laugh about how they messed up a guys haircut and how he didn't like it but still paid."
