"Food is good but, holy cow does it ever take long to get your food. I ordered a single dish for take out and took over 45 minutes to get it. 45 minutes for a single dish seems excessive."

"Something has happened to their fried rice and shrimp and the house special fried rice. A friend and I used to order these dishes a lot. But lately, the taste and flavors are off. We’ve thrown away 3 fried rice and shrimp and one house fried rice. They were inedible. So disappointing. I’m hoping China Palace can correct these dishes and get them back the way they were 2-3 months ago."

"I usually get the prawns with vegetables in a light garlic sauce and it’s always cooked to perfection. The vegetables are fresh, never overcooked and the shrimp is fresh as well. I get brown rice with it and that’s never mushy or overcooked. Love this place!"

"I have been here many times and love the food but hate the service. Today hit an alltime high. 1. We weren't even seated comfortably in our booth and a waiter wanted to know if we want drinks. 2. Soup served..Dinner served and no chopsticks only a fork. No one came back to ask if everything was alright. 3. Dinner could have used a little warming but no one came. Went here about 2 mo. ago and service seemed improved, but they are back to the old ways. Too bad, guess I can only go to China Palace for takeout or look for a better restaurant where they cae about the customer"

"I was supposed to have my ordered delivered at 6:40. At 6:50 I received a voice mail from someone at who barely spoke english, at Door Dash asking if I wanted a refund. I called the restaurant. They said it was picked up and maybe the driver was "hungry and ate it"!! I contacted Door Dash again and they said they refunded my order completely because he couldn't deliver. When I asked why, I was told maybe a car accident. I checked my app and there were no accidents. I hope the driver enjoys his dinner. I'm done with Door Dash!!"
