"Few weeks ago I came in having a long morning. (My shoes were destroyed by an animal lol.) I came in and was greeted by Jason I believe his name was. He asked how my day was going and I said could be better. He asked what was going on and how he could help. I let him know I needed to get some new shoes. Jason instantly popped out from behind the counter and walked me back to the shoes. He asked me my size, color, price range, and if I wanted loose or tight fit. After a short discussion he came out with six different pairs of shoes for me to check out. Told me the different price points on each, I chose one and he said the lady up front would cash me out. Simple, easy, and great service. Jason was a rock star getting me in and out quickly with a great attitude!"

"I was greeted by the shoe guy and he continued to help the customer he was working with. I looked around and found 3 pairs I would like to get in my size to try on. He came back and none of them did they have in my size. So I continued to look and when I needed help no one came. I literally had to go to the front where 4 employees including the shoe guy were just talking away. I asked him about another pair of shoes and he went and got a size that was too small. But he had walked away again. Such poor service. So I figured I was on my own with whatever shoes were out in the shoe area. I did finally find 1 boring/basic pair to try and make work with some colorful laces, which they don't have a good selection of. If you're a size 6-7 1/2 you will have a nice selection. But be prepared to take care of it all yourself. I am not in that size range , I'm a size 10 which I feel is a pretty common size and that there should be a good variety in that size as well. Next time I will drive to Chico or Redding for my shoe needs."

"The staff at not knowledgeable of the products I asked for assistance from 2 people and they said well someone is on the floor. I stood around for about 15 minutes before the young man helped me."
