"terrible experience! just went in for a quick pit stop, and despite arriving at 19:50, there was a rude lady who declined to share with us the bathroom code because "we close the bathrooms at 19:30, or 30 mins before close per our manager policy" this "policy" wasn't written anywhere actually and her attitude was unacceptable and very disappointing. that's not a way to treat your customers starbucks!"
